Characteristics
Polyacrylic Acid also known as Carbomers. . It is of Synthetic origin and belongs to Carboxymethylene. It belongs to Opthalmic Products and Dry Eye pharmacological group.
Contraindications
Polyacrylic Acid is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to any component of product.
Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Polyacrylic Acid are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Blurred vision, Burning.
Indications
Polyacrylic Acid is primarily indicated in conditions like Dry eye syndrome.
