Piribedil is non-ergot dopamine agonist. It is given by mouth in the treatment of parkinsonism and in circulatory disorders. The mesylate salt has been given by injection for similar indications.

Piribedil is primarily indicated in conditions like Dizziness, Parkinsonism, Retinal ischaemic manifestations.
