Characteristics
Antazoline also known as Imidamine HCl, Imidamine HCl. . It is of Synthetic origin and belongs to Imidazole. It belongs to Opthalmic Products and Anti Allergic Agent pharmacological group.The Molecular Weight of Antazoline is 265.35. It is weakly acidic drug, 6.05% solution of the drug is isotonic.
Contraindications
Antazoline is contraindicated in conditions like Heart disease,Narrow-angle glaucoma.
Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Antazoline are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Hypersensitivity reactions.
Indications
Antazoline is primarily indicated in conditions like Allergic conjunctivitis, Insect bites, Skin irritations.
