Contraindications
Tienilic Acid is contraindicated in conditions like Thrombosis,Liver diseases,Renal calculi.
Effects
The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Tienilic Acid, which give rise to further complications include Hypokalemia, Dermatitis, Arthralgia.Tienilic Acid produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Renal failure, Hepatotoxicity. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Tienilic Acid therapy.
Indications
Tienilic Acid is primarily indicated in conditions like Hypertension, Infertility without hyperprolactinaemia.
