Effects
The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Proguanil (HCl) include Vomiting, Diarrhea, Hematuria, Abdominal pain.The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Proguanil (HCl) are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Alopecia, Skin reactions, Stomatitis, Epigastric discomfort, Mouth ulcers.
Indications
Proguanil (HCl) is primarily indicated in conditions like Duodenal ulcer associated with h. Pylori, Malaria, Malaria prophylaxis.
