Contraindications
Deferiprone is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to any component of product.
Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Deferiprone are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Diarrhea, Abdominal pain, Joint pain.
Indications
Deferiprone is primarily indicated in conditions like Chronic iron overload, Thalassemia.
