Hydrotalcite also known as Aluminium magnesium carbonate hydroxide hydrate. . It is of Natural origin and belongs to Complex of almonium and megnesium conting salt. . The Molecular Weight of Hydrotalcite is 603.98.
Contraindications
Hydrotalcite is contraindicated in conditions like Neonates.
Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Hydrotalcite are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation.
Indications
Hydrotalcite is primarily indicated in conditions like Dyspepsia, Heart burn, Hyperacidity, Peptic ulcer.
