Characteristics

Contraindications
Copper is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Effects
The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Copper, which give rise to further complications include Allergy, Hepatotoxicity, Hepatotoxicity, Hemolysis.The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Copper include Diarrhea, Hypotonia, Photophobia, Prostration, Behavioural changes, Peripheral edema.The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Copper are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Hot flushes, Shortening of breath.
Indications
Copper is primarily indicated in conditions like Acute leukemia, Anaemia, Lymphomas, Neutropenia.

Warnings
Taking copper in excess is poisonous and food cooked in copper vessels with poor tin-plating can cause severe vomiting and diarrhea with abdominal pain. Drinking acid drinks in copper vessels can also produce the same symptoms.
