Buclizine (HCl) is antihistaminic agent or antiemetic drug and used to prevent or treat nausea, vomiting and dizziness caused by motion sickness or middle ear infections, in the managment of allergic conditions, in pruritic skin disorders.

Effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Buclizine (HCl) are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Drowsiness, Fatigue, Nausea, Diarrhea, Palpitation, Constipation, Insomnia, Dry mouth, Depression, Weight gain, Tremor, Nightmares, Transient gastric pain, Urinary RetentionX, Urinary retention.
